Diagnose. Architect. Nail it.
I turn operational bottlenecks into practical systems across AI, automation and robotics, from diagnosis through deployment.
Live robot deployments and activations, in events, exhibitions and public demonstrations.
Production AI and automation systems across multiple industries.
Operator across technology ventures, with product, commercial and delivery ownership.
Selected work
Systems that had to work beyond the demo.
Selected work across live robotics, applied AI and venture operations. Each case study makes the constraints, critical decisions, ownership and operational outcome visible.

Robotics and live systems
Multi-robot live activations
Configuring, programming and operating fleets of service and humanoid robots in live events, where there is little time to recover when something fails. The decisive factors were the environment, the coordination and the recovery plan.

The through-line
Where technology is least forgiving.
I started in exhibitions, events and public activations, where several robots had to work live, in front of people, on fixed schedules, with little time to recover when something failed. That environment taught me quickly that the hardest part is rarely the machine.
The hard part is the operating environment, the workflow, the people and the recovery plan. I carried that discipline into products, ventures and applied AI, where the same lesson held: a system only creates value when it works for the people responsible for it.
Today I work across the whole path, from identifying what is constraining the business to architecting the right combination of workflow, software, AI, integrations or robotics, and helping take it into use.
How the work runs
From bottleneck to working system.
Each engagement moves from understanding the real constraint to designing the system and taking it into use. Every stage has a clear purpose, a set of decisions and a practical output.
Map the process, people, data and failure points before selecting an approach. Establish where the constraint sits, what it costs and whether automation is justified.
- Process and bottleneck mapping
- Data and workflow readiness
- Automation suitability and business case
You receiveA clear read on the real problem and whether to build, integrate, simplify, or wait.
Design the workflow, software, AI, integrations, hardware and ownership model as one system, with clear responsibilities and measures of success.
- System architecture and data flows
- Interfaces, responsibilities and stages
- Risk, measurement and handover plan
You receiveA system design and roadmap a team or vendor can build against.
Coordinate the build, test it under real conditions, harden the weak points and transfer ownership to the people who will run it.
- Prototype, pilot and integration
- Deployment, troubleshooting and hardening
- Ownership transfer and measurement
You receiveA functioning system in use, with the team able to run it independently.
